Det forventes noe for- og etterarbeid. Deltakerne f\u00e5r innsikt i hvordan kulturelle normer, kommunikasjonsformer og forventninger p\u00e5virker samhandling og ledelse i akademiske organisasjoner. De l\u00e6rer \u00e5 identifisere og h\u00e5ndtere barrierer for inkludering, utvikle strategier for \u00e5 lede mangfoldige team og bidra til en organisasjonskultur preget av rettferdighet og likeverd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innholdet spenner fra teori og begreper om interkulturell kompetanse i UH-ledelse, via temaer som makt, strukturer og kommunikasjon, til ledelse av internasjonalt ansatte og praktiske refleksjons\u00f8velser hentet fra sektoren. bygge gode strukturer og relasjoner, samt st\u00f8tte og utvikle egen enhet gjennom sitt lederskap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bidra til tillitsbasert og inkluderende arbeidsmilj\u00f8 som kan \u00f8ke kvalitet
