Det inneb\u00e6rer \u00e5 implementere strategier og praksiser som fremmer inkludering, utnytter mangfoldige perspektiver, og skape en kultur og et arbeidsmilj\u00f8 der alle ansatte kan bidra med sitt fulle potensial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-62dde276 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modulen ser p\u00e5 hvordan vi integrerer mangfold i organisasjonens kjerneprosesser for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 b\u00e5de strategiske og sosiale m\u00e5l.
