Vi diskuterer kj\u00f8nn og forskningsledelse, samt nasjonale og europeiske krav til likestilling og mangfold i forskning (NFR, EU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modulen viser hvordan mangfold kan skape gevinster i form av nye ideer, \u00f8kt innovasjon og utvidede nettverk, samtidig som vi reflekterer over utfordringer knyttet til inkludering, maktforhold og arbeidskultur.
