About our modules

To succeed in our sector, the modules must be professionally robust and practically applicable—serving as a support in the leadership roles many already hold. Leaders are calling for honest, relevant offerings that work in a hectic daily environment. We are therefore developing a flexible, practice-oriented course that allows for reflection and in-depth professional study. KiMU is not intended to replace existing activities, but rather to serve as a resource bank and a supplement that provides a significant professional boost in the field of diversity management.

All our modules are offered to employees in the higher education sector who work with organizational and leadership development. They will also be adapted for dialogue with safety representatives and union representatives—ideally in consultation with the organization's own leaders—to foster shared understanding and collaboration, thereby strengthening the organization's ability to leverage diversity as a key strategic resource.

KiMU conducts train-the-trainer courses to enhance the competence of those who will apply and facilitate the modules within their own organizations.
