A national course in diversity management that helps strengthen work on inclusion, recruitment and a good working environment in the university and college sector.
The course is made up of four modules. Here you can go to learn more about them and find tools, references and other information. You will find preparatory activities for the module, resources and presentations related to the module, and access to a digital toolbox. The project will also adapt the modules to other roles that manage extended responsibilities, such as union representatives and the safety officers.
Modules:
Training of leadership developers
The project will carry out training and education of the sector's own resource persons in leadership development. An important part of this "Train-the-Trainer" course is to reflect on how the modules can be included in existing leadership development at each institution. KiMU is not intended to replace leadership development, but to improve and elevate existing activities.
Collaboration across the UHI sector
The project is a collaboration between UiA, UiS, UiO, UiT, OsloMet, NTNU, UiB, NHH and Kristiania. In addition, resource persons with backgrounds in organizational psychology, HR, management, gender equality and scientific work are participating. Four NFR-supported Balanse+ prosjekter is also coordinated with the project and in the development of the modules. Collaboration across the UHI sector
